According to this article, even the First Lady of Korea, Kwon Yang-sook had double eyelid surgery, although the report says it was not only for cosmetic reasons but also to improve her vision. Kwon underwent the surgery when a medical team from Seoul National University visited the government Blue House to perform the same operation on President Roh Moo-hyun, the official said.
