This article says Korean President Roh Moo-hyun had plastic surgery in which small parts of both of his upper eyelids were removed to give him better vision. His sagging eyelids often obstructed his sight, a spokesman said. The surgery was conducted on Feb. 4, 2005 by a team from the Seoul National University Hospital. After the surgery, Roh acquired double-edged eyelids, the spokesman added.
